The application process started well and after the second interview recruiting was like a black box. I have to inquire on my own about the status of my application even though I was promised feedback on XY day and what's really weird is that I get an 08/15 rejection mail even though I met the entire recruiting team. Exactly such people give a bad impression of our profession.
