The whole recruitment process was great! On every stage I got information what next, feedback etc. Super Positive! The recruiter was very active, I always have been informed what will happen what task in WD I might receive.

It took a while for me to hear back initially but once I did the process was smooth enough. There were quite a few rounds of interviews however everyone was super friendly and very engaging.
Interview lasted for 45 mins.
Started with a common question - Tell me about yourself, but as I started explaining I could make out that she had not read my CV before the interview. She did not know I had finished Masters. Recruiter kept looking at my CV again and again which meant she was disoriented. It made me uncomfortable. I believe she had made up her mind even before the interview to reject my profile after the first screening process. Interview felt rushed. I did not expect the interview to go the way it did.
