Very structured process with defined filters and interviews. All my doubts was clarified at the moment.
This is the first time that i really enjoyed the process and did a business case.

Entretien
There are four rounds of interviews: first, a screening with HR, then an interview with the person who would be your Manager, then a business case with a panel of three people from different departments, and finally an interview with the Country Manager. There is probably 1 to two weeks between each round. Communication was always clear and easy to get.

The interview process was smooth, straightforward and very very automated. Interview schedules were organized which meant we did not have to follow up with the hiring team.
