I applied online through the LEGO Careers platform. I was invited to the first round interview with a recruiter, where we talked about working at LEGO in general, and my formal educational and working experience. After that I was invited to a second round interview, where I was send a LEGO box set beforehand with a challenge task to do. During the second interview, I showcased my challenge solution, and we talked about my skills relevant to the position. There was supposed to be a third round interview, but I was offered the job after the second round.

The interview process is divided into several different steps: Self video interview: here I had the chance to introduce myself and what was my professional experience Home Assignment: I have received a design brief where I could prove my skills as a model builder Home Assignment Presentation: I had the great opportunity to show my work to the experts Play Date: a workshop in Billund with hands on bricks and the chance to meet some of the future colleagues
