I was contacted by a recruiter and asked to set up an initial interview. The initial interview was entirely automated/digital. There were prerecorded questions that had to be answered with videos. Some questions allowed for prep time (of varied lengths) and some gave you seconds to answer/no prep time. After completing the automated/digital interview I was asked for a virtual face-to-face interview with a recruiter meant more as an intro to the interview process than an actual interview. It was followed shortly by a prompt that I was required to prepare a presentation for by a specified date. I presented my approach/answers to the prompt to the recruiter/HR/and a member of the leadership team. I was asked questions and allowed to ask questions myself. Another prompt was given and another, smaller presentation required by a specified date. I presented to the same people, asked questions, allowed to ask questions, and then was contacted not long after with the news that I’d been selected for the role.
