The entire hiring process was good. Firstly, I had an interview with a recruiter, where I was asked general questions about my experience, personality and my working preferences. I successfully passed through the first stage of the hiring process. In the second stage, I had an interview with the country manager and hiring manager. It was the last stage of the hiring process, and, I would say that it's a big advantage that they are not required to take 4-5 interviews. Unfortunately, I didn't pass through the final interview as they had a strong internal candidate for this role and they chose him. I have only positive thoughts about the full hiring process, atmosphere of the interviews was positive and non-stressful. I had the chance to fully demonstrate my skills and qualities.
