First interview with line manager, followed by an assesment and a psychological test (by video call Denmark). Concrete facts and figures by HR mangager. Very open and friendly process. All was made clear in an open atmosphere.

We began with small talk and after that everyone in the call introduced themself and then the Interview began. I got asked about my previous job experience and about my mindset.
