It was a one hour description of experience relevant to position. Then a further elaboration of the process and inquiry on possible ways to contribute. Some example scenarios and how I'd problem solve in them.
J'ai postulé via un recruteur. Le processus a pris 5 jours. J'ai passé un entretien chez the LEGO Group (Billund) en juin 2023
Entretien
I once linked up with one of the engineers at LEGO on linked in, and he wrote that he thought I should apply for their student worker position. So I wrote an application, and a few days later they called me and asked if I wanted to join the interview, either online or in Billund at the office where I could see the buildings and facilities. We sat down a date for the interview in Billund. There where two engineers and a recruiter/engineer. They had a few questions for me, but I asked a lot, and sometimes I felt like it was me interviewing them. But they where very kind, and when I got home I felt like they have answered most of my questions. It was a bit difficult to understand what my jobs exactly where, and what they excepted from me, other than "being curious to learn". I think it was because some of my jobs where secret and red code information? I am still not very sure, but everything else sounded nice, so I was not in doubt that this was a job for me.

Question 1
Not sure what to write here, as it is at least 2 months ago I was at the interview. But they asked about what I wanted to get from the job, which I think was very important to them to know.
J'ai postulé via un établissement d'enseignement supérieur ou universitaire. J'ai passé un entretien chez the LEGO Group (Billund) en mai 2026
Entretien
The first interview at the LEGO Group began with a formal introduction to the organisation, followed by a panel of current student workers who were available for questions. Candidates were then grouped into teams of three to four, where they were assessed through a structured group discussion based on a technical case study prepared in advance.
The interview process was good. I was contacted by email on the details. The interviewers were really polite, asked a lot of questions related to education and interests and we had a conversation afterwards.
