Very friendly, fair, informative. The communication with the HR partner and hiring manager were both very easy and transparent. I was contacted based on my profile, and the need for my skills were clearly elaborated through the interview. I can now see that the situation and the need was correctly described.

It was a very good experience with a exceptional follow up and always transparency and clear communication. The interview was always focus in a professional way with friendly conversation and open mind to considerer all ways of thinking, with respect and collaboration in both departments Human Resources and GWP Leaders. Was a great experience.

It was well structure and there was a clear process for the steps. It was nice that the last interview was build around a case relevant for the job position.
