J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 1 semaine. J'ai passé un entretien chez the LEGO Group (Troy, MI) en juin 2015
Entretien
Applied online, got called the next day and set up an interview. Went in to the store and had to fill out an application even though I already did online. Got taken to the food court of the mall by the assistant manager with one other interviewee, however they didn't tell me it was a group interview. Interview was very easy and straightforward, exactly what you'd expect applying for any retail store. If you have any social skills whatsoever you should nail this interview. Group interviews are extremely awkward so I was a little turned off by this.

Sat down and discussed what the role entails, a background of the store itself and what average hours looked like. Then went into further questions about my qualifications and how it would be beneficial to the store.

The interview was a typical one, where questions of how you have interacted with children included, which was different but expected from a store such as this one. I really enjoyed the conversation and the way they handled the interview.
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
Something along the lines of: “how have you interacted with children before?”
