Entretien
The application and selection process was very smooth: i was informed ahead of what each step would look like and they even provided help to prepare in form of guides and video material. I went through three steps: HR, "case study" interview with manager + department heads, second interview with manager + relevant stakeholders. The questions were at times challenging, but everyone was very professional and kind. To me, it signals they take good time and care to select the "right" people.

Every now and then, 2 product teams have shared user stories in which they need to collaborate.
However, one team works in a Kanban framework, while the other works with Scrum. Considering the teams have very different ways of prioritizing their backlog, but want to have a good tracking of all the tasks they have in common and ensure a steady collaboration, how would you support these teams in doing so?
