I applied for the position in december and had my first interview with a HR recruiter in Feb.
After that interview i had 2 interviews with 2 mangers and the same HR recruiter. Everything was made in a informal way and was taken over teams due to Covid. On the last interview i had to present a case with some standards scenario for my applied role. This was a fun way as i have been use to taking several test instead. Must more relevant to take a case and create a dialog around it.

Entretien
It was a very good experience with a exceptional follow up and always transparency and clear communication. The interview was always focus in a professional way with friendly conversation and open mind to considerer all ways of thinking, with respect and collaboration in both departments Human Resources and GWP Leaders. Was a great experience.

It was well structure and there was a clear process for the steps. It was nice that the last interview was build around a case relevant for the job position.
