Entretien
The recruiter arranged for a first informal call to get to know each other and make sure there is a good understanding of the role and expectations against the candidate.
This was followed by an interview with the hiring manager focussed around the application, match to role profile and candidate specs.
A complex case study was provided 3 working days prior to a 90 minute interview. Task was to prepare two presentations aimed at different target audiences related to the case study.
Two online tests (personality and cognitive skills) were followed by another interview with a direct peer.

Applied and went through the initial screening process without any human contact throughout. Received an automated rejection with no feedback and no opportunity to follow up or ask questions. For a company that prides itself on creativity and human connection, the hiring process felt surprisingly impersonal. Would have appreciated at least a brief acknowledgment or the option to request feedback.
