Entretien
The interview process was very well organised. Expectations for each stage were explained clearly and where applicable relevant materials were shared in advance.
Stage 1 - Initial contact with HR about interest in the role and the potential match-up.
Stage 2 - First round interview on experience and role requirements with hiring manager and team member.
Stage 3 - Brief presentation based on case study scenario (preparation required) followed by case study related questions on from hiring manager and interpersonal questions from HR.
Final Stage - Feedback on the interview process and confirmation of offer for the role.

Entretien
a) 45 mins initially with the Talent Partner followed by b) 1hr with line manager and member of the immediate team, followed by c) a two part case study and 1hr presentation to line manager and a stakeholder from outside the immediate team, followed by d) initial offer. 1 week interval between each stage. Very clear process, no playing around - all round a very positive experience
