It was an intimidating group interview because I, a high school kid with no professional work experience, was with a guy who had owned businesses before. Difficult to outshine that guy. The interview was simply customer service questions.

Sat down and discussed what the role entails, a background of the store itself and what average hours looked like. Then went into further questions about my qualifications and how it would be beneficial to the store.
