Informal feeling interview with a panel of 2, which would be the team if the position is accepted. Small talk followed by good questions about experience. Fairly focused. Very friendly tone. Overall a great experience.

Very transparent, friendly and informative. Good communication from HR on the process. I really appreciated getting to know many different people in various roles that I'd be working with and meeting my manager in separate sessions to get a good feel for the team and work culture.

Entretien
I had interviewed for two different roles at the same time, in adjacent departments (both were hiring for Program managers). Received very positive feedback for both. After a week, got an email from one of them saying that had to revoke the role due to restructuring.
For the other, the recruiter said he would schedule the next interview with hiring manager asap. Was ghosted after that. I had sent a follow up email directly asking what happened but didn't hear anything back.
Very disappointing process. Clearly zero alignment in the company between the HR teams. Total waste of time.
