J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 1 semaine. J'ai passé un entretien chez the LEGO Group (Manchester, Angleterre) en oct. 2017

Applied online, was called instore for interview instantly a day or so later. The interview was no longer than 6 minutes long and included a very small amount questions such as "can you use a till?" and "when are you available to work?". Was told by phone the next day that despite having ample customer service and retail experience alongside LEGO knowledge that I did not have the correct personality to work there despite getting another LEGO group job straight away afterwards. I felt that the interview was not even conducted properly as going in asking to be seen, being interviewed and leaving the store all took 6 minutes. It was the most halfhearted interview process I have ever undergone.

the interview was nice and casual, quite informal and fun honestly. the interviewers had good questions that challenged me, and they didn't feel judgemental as i responded. very chill. how is this not thirty words. they also told me outright what the pay was, when training started and gave me options to give my availability. we were done in like twenty minutes it was unbelievably quick.
Interviewers were really friendly and the questions were pretty standard. The company got back to me quickly in about 4-5 days for the results which i always really respect after an interview.

I recently had an interview with LEGO, and it was a very positive experience. The interview process was stress-free, with a relaxing and friendly approach. The team took the time to get to know me and clearly explained their expectations for the position. While I was not offered the job, the experience was invaluable and left a strong impression. After the hiring process over, I was pleasantly surprised with a two-person invitation to LEGO House. I appreciate this kind gesture and the opportunity to learn more about LEGO.
