Generally positive interview experience. Clear structure set out at beginning: expect three stages, with these people, focused on these things. Was rejected after stage 2 but both interviews were pleasant and didn't feel hostile or like anyone was trying to "catch me out". Lines of questioning aligned with job spec and typical interviews: how you fit the role, applicable skills etc. Notable focus on project management in the second stage. Unfortunately no offer but did receive some feedback afterwards which in today's market counts for a lot.
