I did an initial interview with HR rep where they asked pretty basic questions, then completed a writing test and sample article assignment. After that they did two more rounds of interviews with the content team and management. The questions weren't too difficult, and I got the sense they were mainly trying to determine if I was a culture fit and could be trained.
