Had a really relaxed chat with the recruiter and got invited to a remote interview with the hiring manager. The interview didn't feel like a Q&A session at all, it was a very genuine conversation about aspirations, career goals and what the team does. A day later, I received an email from the hiring manager, saying that they think the role that I interviewed for wouldn't be a fulfilling one for me, so they offered couple of other positions that they think I would be a good fit for. I expressed my interest in one of the positions and got invited to another round of interview with a new hiring manager. This one was again a very genuine conversation. There were many questions about my previous roles, my achievements and some challenges I had. There was enough time to go through my questions and all of them were answered pretty openly. I had one final interview with the CTO which also made me feel like I'm in the right place.

Es war die üblichen Fragen, und die Personalabteilung ist freundlich.
Nachdem ich die im Vorstellungsgespräch versprochene Antwortfrist überschritten hatte, fragte ich per E-Mail nach, und die Antwort lautete: "Ich wurde im Januar abgelehnt". Das erste Vorstellungsgespräch fand jedoch im Februar statt. Das ist es, was ich nicht verstehe.

The Interviewing process was very basic. There are two steps in the process, 2 interviews. The introduction, motivations with HR, and more specific questions and open discussion about the job with the hiring Manager.

A very good chat with the Product manager on behavioral aspects. Because the CV was complete, didn't get many questions there. I enjoyed the process and felt it to be especially refreshing compared to the ones I gave in India.
