I applied for a Producer role and was asked to complete a time-intensive case study without even being offered a first-stage interview. After submitting the work, I received a generic rejection email. No feedback, no opportunity to speak with anyone. It’s unprofessional and exploitative to request unpaid creative labor without any personal engagement or assurance of a fair process. Candidates’ time and effort deserve more respect.
