After submitting my application online, I was contacted by a recruiter for an initial call. Unfortunately the experience was disappointing. The recruiter read through a list of questions rather than having a real conversation. After the interview I followed up twice via email to ask for feedback, but never received any response. I invested time in preparing for the interview, and I believe candidates deserve at least a basic follow-up instead of being ghosted.
