you have to first search the list published annually in the Ministry of Science, Research, and Technology (MSRT) then if you found the university posted a vacancy suitable for you you should fill out Form-1... and check the website frequently... to check your status... if your application is accepted... you will see your status is changed to "prepare to interview" then you should go and take two interviews... a scientific one... and an ideologic one...
