There were two interviews. The first was a preliminary interview with the marketing manager. Then, I was asked to complete an assignment, and in the second interview, I presented my work to two people from the hiring team, who would decide which candidate to hire. I understand that only two candidates were asked to present their work, so they could decide who was ideal for the position.
