      My experience during the HR interview was quite positive, largely due to the warm approach of a lady named Natalia. She facilitated the conversation with a blend of professionalism and affability that was truly appreciated. As for the technical portion of the interview, I was questioned by a senior developer regarding the test task, PHP, OOP, API, and MySQL. The overall application process for the role was standard, comparable to those at other companies. I appreciated the efficiency; within a week of submitting the test task, I received feedback, followed by the scheduling of the interview a week after the task was approved. I would like to offer some constructive criticism regarding the technical interview. Evaluating a candidate's abilities through a method reminiscent of an oral examination feels antiquated, inconsistent, and inefficient. How logical is it to make a hiring decision based on a candidate's memorization of specific programming concepts when any query can be resolved within seconds through Google, ChatGPT, Bing Chat, etc.? My learning and developmental methodology is more aligned with the kinesthetic approach; this involves experiential learning as opposed to strictly adhering to theoretical paradigms and documentation. Within a week, I successfully completed the test task using Vue.js for the frontend – a platform with which I had no previous experience. This was also my initial engagement with advanced PHP, but notwithstanding, I was able to fulfil all the stipulated requirements. Importantly, my completion of the task was achieved in significantly less time than the average of 30 days provided in the instruction email. Would not such an accomplishment provide ample evidence of my suitability for a junior developer role? Alternatively, is the preference towards a developer who necessitates the full 30 days to complete the test task, thus delivering a potentially simpler output, but having memorized all the concepts of OOP, PHP, and MySQL? This warrants careful consideration.

      I applied to their remote developer position from linkedIn, with very little experience I got thru the resume screening process so this shows what is important for the company is growth and they dont require 2 yrs of experience for a junior position. the whole process took about 6-7 weeks on the interview i had a 20 min talk with an hr representative it was all fine she was very kind. and after that a 40 min technical interview and i can only say good things about it, they were all very kind and understood me when i was getting nervous about the interview. 4 days after the interview i got an offer that i accepted and now im waiting for the contract.

      2 month of assessments and after doing great in each of the process received an email that they proceeded with other candidate without any reason for the efforts I have done at least they didn't appreciate the time consumed for doing their project and preparing for the technical interview
