The Interview was smooth: - 1st round: 2 friendly guys came in and asked basic CSS, HTML and JS questions. If you know basics of web development you can answer these questions. - 2nd round: another senior guy came in asked only advanced CSS questions, CSS selectors, pseudo class, CSS3 etc. not that hard. - 3rd round: A graphic designer came in and asked my past experience with PS and Illustrator. -4th round: Director came and asked me about basics and what my role would be and what new project they are undertaking, describing my specific role. Reasons to decline offer: - They were looking for a fullstack developer who will contact client, design the layout code and deliver, not my field of interest though. -Negotiated with HR about CTC, they were offering really low, way below one should offer fresher infact. Hence declined offer.
