The interview process had multiple steps, including an initial interview screening call, two phone calls with my prospective manager, and a final round-table call with management and the CEO. The interview process was done remotely via Microsoft Teams, per COVID-19. I was extended an offer fairly quickly, and the process was enjoyable as I had a lot of time to get to meet and speak with management and my current boss.
