There was around 4 interviews conducted. 1 is HR ask basic screening process, 2 & 3 are technical interview around 30 to 45 min, after that i was they call for an interview with director of the company which is around 15 min. I have cleared all technical part of interview and move toward 4 interview which is conducted by director and he didn't forward to next process . I didn't able to understand the part that one who cleared all technical interview process, how the interviewer scrutinized the interviewee in 15 min and didn't forward to next level though the person cleared all technical part weird and disappointed.
