I had an initial call with the recruiter. I was referred by an employee. They rescheduled the interview a few times and did not seem interested in talking. During the call, they told me that I don't have the skills that they require on the project. Later on the employee that referred me was asked if he knew smart people from places where he is from like Germany. Which explains why the recruiter was very dismissive from the start and why they rescheduled my interview a few times. Regardless they did me a huge favor because I would never want to work for a company that isn't open to recruiting people from diverse backgrounds and have decided that only people who are originally from certain countries are smart enough to work there.
