      Entretien

      Interview consist of 3 steps: HR, Technical task, On-site interview. I did task during the weekend and after I received negative feedback about it I was very surprised since all functionality was there (mandatory, optional) plus additional. I asked for a feedback since I spent time on it and would like to understand at least what is wrong. Not only I received meaningless response but it came after 2 weeks (!!) I've asked: "We reviewed your profile and task and we found other candidates who showed better technical skills and were more suited for the position." Very negative experience, if engineers are doing task evaluation their feedback is based on something, it is fair to pass it back since people are spending time on the task.

      The process was consisting of 4 stages; - Screening interview with the recruiter - Take-home project which takes your whole weekend to complete. - A Skype interview with the CTO of the company (general technical questions, past experiences etc) - Full-day on-site interview in the company (2 hours technical questions session, 2 hours pair programming session, 1 hour make a presentation session) The recruiters seemed a little bit amateur. They replied very late for most of the emails, I need to resent some emails as a reminder. They covered the flight and the hotel to Munich, but the hotel was very very very bad. I told this to the recruiter but did not respond. After the process, they became unresponsive, did not reply to any email and questions. For example, asked for reimbursement, but they simply did not reply. A small company located in Munich. The people in the hiring process are not well organized. The technical people that I had an interview or chat in the office were all nice. Just one of them was offensive and not friendly most of the time in the interview.
