Their recruiter contacted me. We did a phone interview. She liked the conversation and setup a one on one with management. I got a phone call after and was hired. They want you to go through a temp agency. They say you become permanent after 3 months depending on numbers and skills. I was always a top performer. It took me a year. This place is kniving and they act like they are in high school. From management to their HR Susan.

Phone call saying my resume was impressive and they wanted to schedule for an in person meeting, met in person interviewed with hiring manager then met with sales manager, I was told that they wanted to me to start, and I would get an email or phone within 4 days with more information. Never called me nor emailed me I sent a thank you letter and sent 3 follow up emails to the sales manager and nothing! Absolutely unprofessional and now I'm getting emails from random ooma recruiters saying "I found your resume and it's very impressive and we'd like to set up a time to talk" extreamly annoying.
