Found opportunity on Indeed.com. Made contact via several avenues including LinkedIn through my contacts who had senior contacts at the company. Started with a phone interview with HR followed by a series of interviews and discussions with members of the management team. The final interview was with the venture capital company Managing Director who had controlling interest of the Company at that time. Ownership and Management of the company has changed since I was hired, so I suspect the hiring and interview process has changed as well.
