      Very Bad experience from the start . They will bring out openings on LinkedIn to show hiring but they’re practically just window shopping. There was no HR involved from the start. One PM was coordinating from the beginning and they were putting all mails in ‘bcc’. Lol to imagine that they’re hiring like TCS. Then without even an exploratory call they sent the assignments to people after which they will either ghost you or setup a call. I was in the latter one. Again the round went pretty well, the interviewer was the same person ‘bccing’ stuff to everyone and felt like was least interested to do a discussion. On sending up a follow up after a couple of days, again we get a rejection without any feedback in ‘BCC’ lol, what a pathetic company and it’s people. It was a good interview and I feel lucky that In a way I got saved from a company where the HRs are missing and PMs are doing this random work whilst should have been creating impact.

      The interview process was quite chaotic with not much clarity on stages of the process. It involved about 5 stages until final interview. At some point they went quiet on me for few weeks and I was not sure if they will continue but then they did.

      Pathetic hiring process with no accountability of HR or hiring manager to provide a closure. I applied through an employee referral for a role that well-suited my profile. Within 3-4 days application submission, I got a mail from the hiring manager with HR in CC with an ask to submit a detailed assignment on a given problem statement within 7 days. I worked day and night to ensure submission of a very well researched, thought-through and structured solution possible within the timeline shared. For a week after my submission I did not hear back from the recruiters. I sent a follow-up mail to check if they had at least received my assignment and the process was still on. Did not get any reply. After another 10 days I sent another follow-up mail and did not get a reply for that either. Worst interview process I have seen, the least you can do is acknowledge someone’s mail. If you are so picky about the candidates then please conduct interview as first round to shortlist ones you’re really serious about and only then expect those candidates to spend efforts on your assignment, don’t waste everyone else’s time.
