All of the interviews were conducted over the phone. The first interview was with the recruiter, then the manager, then the director. Everyone was professional, friendly and provided a lot of information regarding the position and benefits. The recruiter was very good about keeping me informed of the whole process.

What kind of communicator are you; state a time you had to deal with an ethical or difficult situation, and how did you handle it. How do you manage stress. What are your goals in 5 years. How do you keep up on your skills/knowledge. What do you know about our company & how would you contribute. What are your strengths and weaknesses. Why did you leave your last job.
Process took just under 4 weeks. Interviewed on phone with Navihealth recruiter, then 2 interviews on line (face to face) with HR and Senior Clinical Manager. Final phone interview with General Manager. Everyone I spoke to was professional, personable, and knowledgeable. The recruiter always kept me updated on the process and what to expect next.

Phone interview, face to face, then several phone interactions, internet correspondence, then an offer. The 2 person interview was like a firing squad with questions. Tested how you perform under pressure?
