First they give you some leet code medium-hard type questions through Codility. Next was an interview with an HR hiring person. I felt very uncomfortable during it as he had a "startup bro mentality". He didn't handle it to the level of professionalism I had expected. Some of the questions left me with red flags. Ex. "Would you accept an offer less than 6 million yen" (Already a lowball amount of money). After this interview I was invited to the second round, but had declined it due to the red flags mentioned above.
