Online interview through Hirevue in which there are probably 4-5 video questions and 4-5 written questions. Next step was interviewing on site in St. Louis Park. I met with 5 people over a couple of hours. Everyone had an incredible, infectious energy about them throughout the entire day, and they really focused on cultural fit, ensuring that my desires aligned with theirs.
