J'ai postulé via un recruteur. Le processus a pris plus de 2 mois. J'ai passé un entretien chez nCino (Wilmington, NC) en mai 2021
Entretien
Initial hiring manager phone call, skills assessment, then panel interview. After having good interviews I heard nothing back for an entire month after the initial application process already took a month. Then was sent a rejection email because they hired people with more experience for an entry level job. How is one supposed to gain relevant experience for the lowest level job in the company if you won’t hire them? I already had a stem degree which wasn’t even a requirement for the role but was listed as desired.
Very positive panel interview. A mix of behavioral and situational questions. The technical assessment was the initial round. The panel took turns asking questions and it was more conversational than rapid fire Q&A.

Question 1
Tell me about a time you disagreed with a co-worker and how did you overcome it?
I first had a 15-minute introductory phone call with the recruiter, then I was asked to complete a Salesforce assessment, and finally, I participated in an in-person panel interview with three individuals.
Basic interview questions like what’s your process for solving problems, what are you good/bad at. You get to learn more about the position and share about yourself and why you chose nCino.
