I did not apply to work at ncino. I was approached by their recruiter via LinkedIn. When I researched the company I was quite impressed and loved the location of the London office but following a call with the recruiter I was fairly dissapointed. When I asked questions about benefits, she lacked the basic knowledge. When I asked some low level technical questions about the roles she had no idea and gave me answers which made no sense.overall a very poor reflection of the company and i have no inclination to work at ncino following the first call.
