After applying on Glassdoor, I received an email from an internal recruiter to set up a time to chat about the position. I was contacted by a very friendly woman and was immediately interested in the company/position. I then had a phone interview with a manager for about an hour, which gave me a lot of insight into the position/company. I moved on to the next step, and nCino flew me to their HQ to interview in person. The interview took about 2 hours. I interviewed with 3 different individuals and then a panel of 3 people. All of those interviews were great, I felt as though they genuinely wanted me to feel comfortable and to get to know the company as best as I could. I heard back from nCino within 2 weeks.

Interview process was lengthy but it was a very good experience. Everyone was really nice during the process and it feels more like a conversation. The recruiting team was extremely helpful and very responsive.
