Overall, the interview process started off very positively. It was well-structured, and the stages progressed quite quickly, which I appreciated. Communication was clear in the early phases, and the experience initially felt efficient and professional. However, the process became less positive towards the final stage. During my last interview with two managers, I was informed that a new position had just been opened which seemed even more aligned with my profile than the role I had originally applied for. Following this, I proactively reached out to HR to express my interest in being considered for the new role as well. I was informed that the HR contact would be away for two weeks, so I expected a delayed response. When HR returned, I received only a brief rejection for my original application, with no acknowledgment or response to my message regarding the additional role. I also tried to write again another email, but I got ghosted. This lack of follow-up felt somewhat disappointing and also a lack of respect, especially after an otherwise engaging and promising interview process. Overall, while the initial stages were smooth and professional, the final communication left me with a less positive impression of the candidate experience.

The interview process was well structured and consisted of three stages. It started with an initial interview with the Talent Attraction Manager, followed by a business case exercise. After receiving positive feedback on the assignment, I was invited to a final interview with the Head of the Copy Team and the Team Lead. Throughout the process, communication was professional, transparent, and timely. The interviews themselves were conversational and engaging rather than overly formal, which helped create a comfortable atmosphere while still allowing for a thorough assessment of both skills and fit for the role.
