I had an initial get-to-know-you interview followed by a Java coding test. The company contacted me a week later indicating that they liked my work. They indicated that a second interview would be forthcoming and was delayed by a colleague's trip to Europe. Then they sent an email declining my candidacy without a meaningful explanation. I am a service disabled veteran with a security clearance and pristine work and life history. My family is immensely disappointed that MGM technology partners did not follow through with their process. Dishonesty is the word that comes to mind. Their process was not a fair one.
