The hiring manager was late and Skype was not working on the day of the interview. The whole process was lengthy and not efficient. There were many emails and HR people changed several times during the selection process.

The first step has been the phone screening with HR. Then I met in person with the Head of the department and after that, on a different day, I interviewed with Mr. Zulauf, the CEO. The interview with the CEO was on a Sunday.
