J'ai postulé via une agence de recrutement. Le processus a pris 3 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez lululemon (Vancouver, BC) en oct. 2024
Entretien
A recruiting agency reached out to me on LinkedIn about a 6 month contract position. We discussed the job details over the phone and I submitted my resume. They shared a technical project with me, build a simple iOS app that lists garments (no API). You should be able to add new items and sort them. I submitted this and passed.
Next was an interview with an engineer. I was told we would be discussing my approach to the technical assessment. I was then given prep material and was told it would be discussing my past experience and scenario based questions. Well it was neither! Turns out the interview was a Leetcode style programming question. The interviewer was arrogant and rude and not someone I would ever want to work with. I never heard back but I also never reached out because that whole experience was awful. Why send prep material if none of it is true? Why lie about what the interview would be? Very unprofessional.
