So the interview was super simple. I had to answer four questions and give examples. The emailed me saying they found someone with more experience I AM A FORMER EDUCATOR 🫠I’ve done the same task in my previous role as a Lululemon educator. I definitely think this location has a certain “look” they are wanting to keep. The location I originally worked at was extremely diverse age/gender/lifestyle.

Name a time you had and a coworker disagreed. How did you find common ground ?
Relatively easy interview, focusing more on your personality and working attitude. The staff there are pretty friendly and give you so much positive energy. The whole process was quite enjoyable
iI had a group interview with 8 people. The interviewers were very friendly and it was a very relaxed atmosphere. They asked questions popcorn style and everyone got a chance to answer.

Expect 2 group interviews with 6-10 candidates per group. Be prepared to share specific stories regarding conflict resolution, receiving constructive feedback, your favorite coach/boss, your biggest accomplishment, etc. Come dressed to impress with your favorite lululemon outfit and be prepared to sell it!
