It was just a temporary sales role, but they made it like such a big deal: a group interview and then an individual interview. I would say the group interview was my worst experience ever. There were so many people in one Zoom meeting, and everyone tried to be the first to speak. Finally, they even extended the time longer. It was completely wasting time and energy.

Relatively easy interview, focusing more on your personality and working attitude. The staff there are pretty friendly and give you so much positive energy. The whole process was quite enjoyable
iI had a group interview with 8 people. The interviewers were very friendly and it was a very relaxed atmosphere. They asked questions popcorn style and everyone got a chance to answer.

Expect 2 group interviews with 6-10 candidates per group. Be prepared to share specific stories regarding conflict resolution, receiving constructive feedback, your favorite coach/boss, your biggest accomplishment, etc. Come dressed to impress with your favorite lululemon outfit and be prepared to sell it!
