Recruiter was scheduled video interview with manager and senior FA, casual chat, manager shows interest to know my stories and explain the team very well. In general, it is positive experience for me.

I applied online and was contacted by the recruiter to schedule a telephonic interview. The interview was simple, covering my background and experience and the recruiter ended the call stating that they will be forwarding my profile to the Hiring Manager. They also mentioned that there are a few roles open that might be relevant and these discussions can be had with the manager directly. Two weeks went by with no update and I then reached out to the recruiter to see if they are able to provide some feedback and if we are still moving forward. It has been a few weeks since I sent the email and there has been no response ever since. Very poor and disrespectful candidate experience which is not expected from a company like lululemon. The recruiter mention that they are a people oriented company, which is clearly misleading. Extremely disappointed.
