This started with a phone interview with VP of HR and then an interview/information call with a recruiter. Interview in person followed 3 weeks later with a day long event interviewing with 6 different people. Be prepared to answer questions about what you are most passionate about. The people are all casual and the focus on health and exercise is huge. If you set goals for yourself, you will be ahead of the game. Be authentic and be yourself.
