I applied online for a job in January, then followed up by bringing a copy of my application into the store one week later. The hiring manager was there when I went in and gave a me a little interview and told me that they weren't looking to hire right now but that they would keep me on file. I called once a week for the next 3 weeks and still nothing. Finally I got an invite to a group interview which, as everyone else has said, was a lot like the application. There were 5 women in my interview and we just went around in a circle and answered questions. It has been a week and I have neither received a call nor an email from the store. Overall the process has been very frustrating and confusing.

Relatively easy interview, focusing more on your personality and working attitude. The staff there are pretty friendly and give you so much positive energy. The whole process was quite enjoyable
