I applied online without a referral. HR contacted me to schedule an initial phone screen, which I did about a week later. My next interview was with the hiring manager over the phone, 3 weeks after my initial screen. HR got back to me a week later to schedule final round interviews with me in Vancouver (I was interviewing from the US). Final rounds consisted of 4 half-hour interviews with the hiring manager and other members of the strategy group. They let me know a week later that I did not get an offer. This whole process took about 2 months to complete. Overall the people I spoke with were very friendly. HR gave me the opportunity to interview for a position that I didn't apply for, but fit my background - so they are proactive in giving candidates the opportunity to find their place within the organization. Interview questions: In general, interviews are mostly behavioral but I got one case question during the final round. Other than that, lululemon is big on culture so they always ask about your goals and your favorite way to sweat. Be prepared too to talk about your ideas/opportunity areas for the company.
