- Interview was extremely casual - Was initially a group interview; followed by a 1:1 interview, notified over e-mail of progression/acceptance - Over email, I asked my interviewer what the dress code should be (was not notified prior) but they never answered me; many people showed up in lululemon clothing - Rating this as a negative experience - not because I wasn't hired - but because the overall process seemed unorganized and very, very casual. Just because they're casual doesn't mean you should be - the reason for doing so is to evaluate your personality and to see if you'd be a good fit for their team. - The people interviewing me seemed unprofessional, which already made me second-guess if I should continue an application with this company or not. On multiple occasions during the initial group interview they would be on their phones, assuming that the interview was not worth their full time and attention. If this is a precursor to what the store environment and leadership will be like, I'm thankful that I was not offered a job at this location.
